Underwater massage is a full-body massage performed in water, which induces positive emotions and a sense of peace.

Warm water promotes muscle relaxation and reduces pain, while the water jet during the massage has beneficial effects on:

  • The cardiovascular system – underwater massage improves blood circulation to internal organs, muscles, and the skin;

  • Joints and their functions, ligament apparatus – it is widely used in the treatment of musculoskeletal issues, muscle strains, ligament sprains, osteochondrosis, and injuries;

  • Metabolism – it promotes tissue respiration and circulation;

  • During pregnancy – it reduces swelling and improves physical and emotional well-being.

Underwater massage is particularly recommended for:

  • Cases of spinal spondylosis, musculoskeletal, and joint diseases;

  • Metabolic disorders and obesity;

  • Cases of neurosis, diseases, and damage to the peripheral and central nervous systems;

  • Soft tissue injuries and softening of scar tissue;
