Uses the “Manuthera 242” functional treatment table in practice.
Assesses the patient’s functional condition, posture, gait, body symmetry, and movement patterns. Evaluates the musculoskeletal system (bones, joints, ligaments, muscles, fascia, periosteum, joint capsules, and tendons). Assesses mobility (sliding ability) and motility (movement within the organ itself) of internal organs, as well as the functional mobility of the nervous, lymphatic, cardiovascular, and respiratory systems.
Has strong knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics, with a solid understanding of physiology and neurology. During examination, uses static and dynamic assessment tests, as well as various neurological and orthopedic tests—evaluates the mobility of the craniosacral system, palpates cranial sutures to assess their elasticity and micromobility, determines the level of restriction and identifies its cause.
The patient’s psycho-emotional state plays an important role in diagnosis and treatment. After examination, a functional diagnosis is established, and necessary corrections are performed, following a holistic approach to patient care.
Osteopathy is used to treat:
musculoskeletal disorders: postural disorders, non-specific back pain, joint pain, osteochondrosis, spondylosis, spondyloarthrosis, radiculitis, myofascial pain, muscle imbalance, etc.;
