How to receive a discount on leg vein surgery?
To participate in the promotion:
Fill out the promotion application form;
You will receive a confirmation email about the receipt of your application;
An administrator from “Baltic Vein Clinic” will contact you to arrange an appointment for leg vein surgery.
Additional conditions:
If you have had a consultation with our doctor within the last six months, a repeat consultation is not required;
If no consultation has been completed, you must first book a consultation (with a 20% discount for express promotion participants);
The promotion is valid until the designated 200 spots are filled;
Surgeries registered during the promotion will be performed until May 31 of this year;
Express promotion participants will receive a coupon for Bauerfeind compression stockings with a 20% discount at the “Dynasty” store.
