We understand that in the rush of everyday life, situations can change, and you might forget about a scheduled doctor’s appointment or examination. However, we kindly ask you to act responsibly toward both your own and the specialists’ time and to inform us if your visit needs to be cancelled. By notifying us in advance about the cancellation, you give another patient the opportunity to receive the service.
Please inform us about the need to cancel your appointment no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time by calling 67847100 or writing to reg@vc4.lv .
Please note that if you fail to cancel more than two appointments in advance, you will be required to make a 100% prepayment for future services.
ATTENTION, PATIENTS!
If a prepayment has been made after an invoice is issued, but you later need to cancel the visit, the payment will be retained in full. The money will not be refunded and cannot be used to pay for other services in any of the “Veselības centrs 4” units.
