Group classes for strengthening health, maintaining physical fitness, as well as for relaxation and improving psycho-emotional and general well-being.
Therapeutic exercise of various intensities
Aerobic exercise classes of low, medium, or high intensity using exercise equipment such as step platforms, fitness balls, dumbbells, sticks, elastic bands, and more.
Class program "Redcord Balance"
This program is designed to activate deep and peripheral muscles of the waist, improve balance and coordination. Classes take place in a sling therapy room using Redcord equipment. Prior knowledge of sling work is required.
Movement therapy on "AIREX" balance pads
A balance training session that stabilizes the neuromuscular system and the body's sensorimotor system, training fine motor skills and deep muscles that are not usually engaged in daily activities. The session guarantees moderate cardio effort, as it includes a 30-minute choreography segment while also providing a great emotional boost (special ¾ time music is used in AIREX classes. This is your opportunity to dance a "healthy waltz" in the gym!)
Pilates, movement therapy with bodyArt and callanetics elements
Pilates is a system of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates (full name Joseph Hubertus Pilates, 1880–1967), based on concentrating on each exercise (quiet and calm music is played during the session), chest breathing (the rhythm of breathing is synchronized with the rhythm of movement), "center" control (the "center" here refers to the area between the lower ribs and the pelvis), precision (the trainer carefully explains the essence of the exercises, starting positions, etc., which must be followed precisely), isolation and discipline of movements, and the continuity of movements (there are no breaks between exercises; they flow smoothly into one another).
The Pilates class includes elements of yoga, tai chi, and classical stretching. Each exercise has different difficulty levels, so they can be performed even by beginners. The number of repetitions can be chosen according to your physical condition. Due to its relaxing effect on the mind, Pilates is recommended after a long and stressful workday.
The core of the Pilates exercise system remains unchanged, but each instructor has their own experience and movement repertoire, so classes may differ in form and content.
Pilates is especially useful for people with sedentary or standing work, back problems, and posture defects. The combined strength-flexibility exercises and stretching elements in Pilates improve posture, develop muscles, train balance, relieve pressure on the spine, and calm and relax the mind.
Exercise for pregnant women
Specific exercise sessions for women during pregnancy, starting from the 13th week. These are low-intensity relaxation sessions that prepare the body for childbirth, including exercises to strengthen the muscles involved in childbirth. This helps to prevent back pain, varicose veins, and discomfort in the pelvic area. Breathing exercises (diaphragmatic, chest breathing), relaxation techniques, birthing positions, and self-massage are also included. These sessions prepare women physically and psychologically for childbirth, improve well-being, self-confidence, and belief in one's abilities. Exercises help maintain good posture, which positively affects breathing and improves oxygen supply to the fetus. Exercising during pregnancy will help you feel better and also make it easier to get back in shape after childbirth. Classes take place in small groups in a pleasant and relaxing environment. You will have the opportunity to meet and make new friends, share experiences, and spend time usefully while enjoying the beautiful time of waiting for your baby. It is recommended to consult a doctor or midwife before starting the classes.
Movement therapy for seniors
This class brings together like-minded seniors who soon become friends, finding support and inspiration in each other to continue living a healthy and active lifestyle despite their advanced age.
Attention! To ensure all necessary safety measures and to keep the number of participants in the gym within the required limits, as well as to allow for safe distancing in the changing rooms, group classes will take place only with prior registration.
