The Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Department of SIA "Veselības centrs 4" was established in the summer of 2015. It has proven to be a professional and reliable partner in providing emergency medical care for all types of public events—sports competitions, festivals, city celebrations, concerts, and more.
Emergency Medical Services Department Features:
Experienced Specialists: The team includes top specialists in emergency medical care—doctors and physician assistants—who have gained their experience in the National Emergency Medical Service.
Operational Transport: The department operates five emergency vehicles equipped in accordance with the requirements of Cabinet Regulation No. 60.
Event Medical Points: If necessary, medical points are set up at events.
Quadbike Access: For quick access to accident sites, the team can use quadbikes.
Advanced Equipment: The department can provide mobile X-ray and ultrasound equipment at events, as well as magnetic resonance imaging services within a few minutes' drive from event locations in Riga, Jelgava, Liepāja, Kuldīga, Jēkabpils, and Valmiera.
The EMS Department of "Veselības centrs 4" operates under strict oversight from the Health Inspectorate and other state authorities, ensuring impeccable service and technical equipment.

The department has received numerous positive reviews from partners, including the Latvian Cycling Federation, Latvian Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation, Virus Art production group (for providing services at the annual Canal Regatta for the Freeport of Riga Cup), the Latvian Mountain Bike Federation, the BMX sports club "Mītavas Kumeļi", the Latvian Jet Ski Sports Association, VEF Rīga basketball club, the Latvian Basketball Association, Liepāja Rally Team, and many others.
Expertise in Motorsport and Other Events:
Thanks to one of the two Latvian anesthesiologists-intensivists certified by the International Motorcycling Federation, the department has successfully provided emergency medical services at events such as the Latvian and World Motocross Championships (Kristers Serģis Motocross Club), Superkauss motocross races organized by the Kandava Municipality Council and Sporta atbalstam, as well as events hosted by motocross clubs Kurzeme, Motorsport.lv, and Motoklubs Ape.
Major Events:
The team has derived great satisfaction from successfully providing emergency medical care at city celebrations in Riga and elsewhere, at the Tough Mudder Run, and most notably, the EuroBasket European Basketball Championship.
Contract with AS "Dinamo":
Under a contract with AS "Dinamo", the EMS teams of VC4 ensured emergency medical care at all Dinamo Riga hockey games at Arena Riga and Riga Hockey Club games at the Inbox Ice Hall.
