I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about doctor Sandra Milta and the entire team. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. The doctor Sandra, is truly special. What I appreciate most is that she listens very carefully before giving any explanation or advice. She takes her time to understand what you are going through and then explains everything in great detail, with patience and compassion. You never feel rushed, and she always makes sure that you understand everything and that your concerns have been properly addressed. What makes her even more special is the person she is beyond being a doctor. She is kind, warm, compassionate, and genuinely caring. Talking to her feels almost like talking to a good friend who truly wants the best for you. She treats every patient with the same dignity, respect, and kindness, regardless of their background or where they come from. There is no feeling of discrimination or racism—only genuine human care and respect. It is rare to find someone who combines such professionalism and medical knowledge with such a beautiful, human approach. And the two lovely ladies at reception Maruta and Dace deserve a very special mention as well. They are always friendly, patient, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They go far beyond simply arranging appointments. If you have difficulty finding a suitable time, they genuinely try their best to help. There have even been occasions when they communicated with other patients and arranged a time swap so they could find a more convenient appointment for me. That level of effort and consideration means so much and shows how much they truly care about the people they are helping. I also want to mention the wonderful people working in the laboratory. They are amazing—professional, kind, patient, and reassuring. Their friendly attitude makes what can sometimes be an uncomfortable or stressful part of a medical visit feel much easier. Together, the doctor, reception team, and laboratory staff create an atmosphere that feels warm, welcoming, respectful, and genuinely human. You never feel like just another patient or an appointment number. You feel listened to, valued, and cared for. I am truly grateful to every one of them for their kindness, patience, understanding, and genuine care. They make a difficult or stressful experience feel so much easier and more reassuring. It is not only the quality of the medical care that stands out, but the humanity behind it. Thank you to the whole team for treating people with such kindness, dignity, and respect. It truly makes a difference, and I wholeheartedly appreciate everything you do.💛
