IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS

What to consider if a child is accompanied to the doctor by someone other than the parents? Any doctor in any medical institution may ask for proof of relationship and authorization to represent the child’s legal interests. Be prepared for this in advance. If a healthcare professional cannot obtain consent from the child’s legal representative or if the accompanying person cannot prove their authorization, the consultation or treatment may be denied.!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RECIPIENTS OF SERVICES FUNDED BY THE NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE (NHS)!

We urge you to strictly follow the procedure/class schedule. If you cannot attend at the appointed time, please inform the “Children’s Health Center” reception 24 hours before the scheduled procedure/class! If you cannot attend due to illness, you can resume the course after recovery by rebooking for available NHS-funded service times and providing a sick leave note or doctor’s certificate. If you miss a planned procedure/class without informing reception 24 hours in advance, rebooking is possible only after new NHS-funded service quotas become available*.

*NHS-funded service quotas are limited. Waiting times can range from 3 to 8 months. We urge you to be understanding of the opportunity to receive these services and to cancel appointments in advance if you are unable to attend, allowing another patient to benefit from the service.
