Ultrasound examination (USG) is a visual diagnostic examination, which is harmless and painless for human body, while being highly informative and requiring little time. It can be helpful in evaluating the structure of different organs and soft tissue.  High frequency sound waves – ultrasound are used to obtain USG image. USG examinations can also be performed in pregnant women without any risk.

Since first class technological equipment is the priority of Veselības centrs 4, Ltd. the range of diagnostic devices is constantly being expanded. The ultrasonography devices (USG) are also constantly being replaced by new and innovative devices, which not only provide wider range of in depth examination options, but provide more precise diagnostics.

The performance of the following examinations is possible:

  • USG of abdominal organs;
  • USG of urinary tract, prostate;
  • USG of the thyroid gland;
  • USG of the lymph nodes and salivary glands;
  • USG of mammary glands, etc.
