State organized cancer screening programme is a health care programme based on data of the register of population, centralized sending of invitations, creation of database of indicative factors and clinical data and continuous monitoring of results, in order to discover precancerous diseases and cancer at early stages.

Programme has been approved by the Regulation No 555 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia of 28 August 2018.

State screening programme includes cervical carcinoma, colon cancer and breast cancer examinations.

Veselības Centrs 4 participates in State screening programmes of early diagnostics of cervical carcinoma and breast cancer. If you have received an invitation to the mentioned State screening programme prophylactic examinations, you can also make an appointment for examination at Veselības Centrs 4.
